The first meeting of the participants of the project “LIBRARY. I LOVE IT!” is coming. Here in Poland preparations are in full swing! We make every effort to make this visit attractive:) What do we organize?
– participation in the IV Congress of Public Libraries in Warsaw – our foreign guests will take part, among others, in the workshops “Fill The Library With People” (translated into English),
– meeting with professor Łukasz A.Turski from Polish Academy of  Science, laureate of the Hugo Steinhaus Prize and the Golden Medal of the European Physical Society, author of several radio and TV programs on science and society ( http://strony.aster.pl/laturski/strony.aster.plftp./About_Me.html ),
– visiting the Copernicus Science Centre and planetarium the Heavens Of Copernicus,
– visiting the Warsaw University Library,
– a walk through the Old Town in Warsaw,
– stay at the Municipal Public Library in Piekary Slaskie:)
– visiting the Stare Tarnowice Castle Complex (with old library and Center of Art and Old Craft),
– and others.
But in order to balance the amount of applied knowledge, we have prepared some entertainment and delicious food. We believe that everyone will have a great time!
We look forward your arrival.

The team of the Library in Piekary Slaskie.
